Our founder wrote Java at Murex, built iOS apps at Orange and real-time 5G features in C++ at Nokia before moving to agile delivery. We know what technical debt, tests and integration constraints cost a team. Conversations with developers start from their reality, not from the framework.

What is the difference between a Scrum Master and an agile coach?
A Scrum Master serves one or more Scrum teams day to day. An agile coach works more broadly, on organisation and management. We do both, depending on the team’s maturity.
Do you work through consulting firms or directly?
Both. Most missions start on LinkedIn, either directly with the client or through a partner consulting firm.
