Approach

Agile, from the inside.

A redwood’s roots go only a few meters deep. What keeps the tree standing is reach, not depth: the roots spread wide and intertwine with those of neighboring trees. That is how we practice agile: inside your team, not above it, until the team no longer needs us.

01 / Observe

Read the system.

We join your sprints, read your backlog and your delivery flow, and listen to the team: what works, what slows you down, what matters most.

02 / Coach

Deliver in short loops.

Real sprint goals, a backlog the whole team understands and retrospectives that end in action: visible progress, sprint after sprint, without heroics.

03 / Transfer

Leave the team autonomous.

Facilitation, practices and training are handed over along the way, so the team keeps its agile running once we leave.
